DEALS   On December 17, 2008, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation made its first disbursement to Paladin Realty Latin America Investors II, LP under a $35,000,000 credit facility to be used principally for low and moderate income residential property development in Latin America. WIL acted as counsel to OPIC in the negotiation of the credit facility and funding of the loan. King & Spalding LLP represented Paladin.
